The Florida Venture Education Foundation and the Angel Resource Institute are collaborating to bring you the afternoon “Understanding Cap TablesHalf-Day Workshop, taught by the ARI’s lead instructor, Troy Knauss on May 17, 2018 from 1:30 P.M. – 5:30 P.M. at the Westshore Grand in Tampa, Florida.

Cap tables have very important implications for raising funds and returns to investors and founders. Understanding Cap Tables helps attendees wade through the confusion in a half-day, case-study focused workshop. Attendees will walk away having practiced the math involved in cap tables and what to do in many different scenarios, making them better prepared for reading or helping create/modify cap tables in the future. Learning materials to be provided digitally, so be sure to bring a laptop or iPad to class.
