Embarc Collective is for Florida’s most driven and focused startup teams. Each of Embarc Collective’s 125 member companies seeks quality, vetted support and a peer community that is similar in its pursuit of a high-growth trajectory.
Embarc Collective prides itself on delivering what its startup members need, when they need it, anticipating their future needs to ensure it is intentional and timely. The organization offers individualized coaching by its staff of experienced startup operators, curated live and on-demand programming, an ever-growing repository of resources and frameworks, and access to customers and investors. All these services are available within an award-winning 32,000-square-foot startup hub in Tampa and also virtually.
Under Lakshmi’s leadership, Embarc Collective was named a Top Challenger and recognized by UBI Global, a World Benchmark Study on startup support organizations in early 2023. The study assessed nearly 2000 programs, and 41 organizations made the Top Performer or Challenger rankings. The impact of Embarc Collective is a testament to the tremendous energy, capital, and knowledge that has been put into building this organization and the support offered to member startups.
